Cost Accounting Records. Maintain cost accounting records on items of Actual Cost and Contingency Costs, including authorized Work performed under unit costs, Actual Costs and Contingency Costs for labor and materials, and other bases requiring accounting records. The Design-Builder shall maintain at the Project Site accounting records for Trade Contracts, this Contract, and other Contracts related to the Project.
