After the Contract’s initial term and if State agrees to a renewal, the parties may negotiate cost adjustments at the time of Contract renewal. Any cost increases must be based on demonstrated industrywide or regional increases in Contractor's costs. State is not obligated to agree upon a renewal or a cost increase.
