Contract Renewal. State may renew this Contract under its then-existing terms and conditions (subject to potential cost adjustments described below in section 2) in one (1)-year intervals, or any interval that is advantageous to State. This Contract, including any renewals, may not exceed a total of seven (7) years.
Contract Renewal. The Contract is hereby renewed for a period of one (1) year, with a new expiration date of June 8, 2021, under the same terms and conditions.

Contract Renewal. At OETC’s discretion, OETC may renew this contract up to three (3) additional years. OETC will provide notice to the Contractor in the event OETC elects to renew or not renew the contract.
Contract Renewal. Pursuant to contract provision 4. Contract Term, the Contract term is hereby renewed for its first subsequent contract term period, beginning September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025, with three (3) renewals remaining.
Contract Renewal. The State Entity shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to renew the Contract for additional terms as defined in the State Entity Standard Contract Form on a year- to-year basis by giving the Contractor written notice of the renewal decision at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the initial term or renewal term. Renewal will depend upon the best interests of the State, funding, and Contractor's performance. Xxxxxxx will be accomplished through the issuance of a Notice of Award Amendment. Upon the State Entity's election, in its sole discretion, to renew any part of this Contract, Contractor shall remain obligated to perform in strict accordance with this Contract unless otherwise agreed by the State Entity and the Contractor.
Contract Renewal. This Contract is guaranteed renewable and will stay in effect as long as the Subscribing Group meets and continues to meet the eligibility guidelines set forth in the Group Master Application and Premiums are paid on time. Subscribing Group and Members are subject to all terms, conditions, Limitations, and Exclusions in this Contract and to all of the rules and regulations of the Plan. By paying Premiums or having Premiums paid on your behalf, you accept the provisions of this Contract.
Contract Renewal. This Contract may be renewed solely at the discretion of the Department of Administrative Services for a period of one month. Any further renewals will be by mutual agreement between the contractor and the Department of Administrative Services for any number of times and for any period of time. The cumulative time of all mutual renewals may not exceed two years.
Contract Renewal. This contract may be renewed for one term not to exceed three years or for the term of the original contract, whichever period is longer. Such renewal shall be made by mutual agreement and shall be contingent upon satisfactory performance evaluations as determined by the Department and shall be subject to the availability of funds. Any renewal shall be in writing and shall be subject to the same terms and conditions as set forth in the initial contract, including any amendments.
