Common use of Cost and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Cost and Expenses. Purchaser shall bear all the legal and other professional costs and expenses incurred by it in the negotiation and preparation of this Agreement and any other agreements or documents entered into or signed under or in connection with this Agreement.
