Cost Certification. The Redeveloper shall submit a reimbursement request, accompanied by a certificate from the Redeveloper’s architect or engineer that the reimbursable work has been completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, to the City for reimbursement from the Project Account, of any reimbursable expenses related to construction of the Redeveloper Project Improvements. The Redeveloper shall timely submit receipts, invoices, or proof of payment concurrently with the request for reimbursement of such Redeveloper Project Improvement costs. The City shall approve or reject the same with reasons stated, based on the review within ten (10) days of receipt of the same; provided, however, the City shall generally approve request for reimbursement made by Redeveloper that are consistent with this Agreement.
