Cost Estimates/Cost Consultation. Following the review meeting for each Design Milestone, CMR will prepare a Cost Estimate based on that particular phase of submittal. CMR will transmit each Cost Estimate to TFC and A/E within seven (7) Days of the review meeting along with any comments such that the Cost Estimate and comments are received by TFC and A/E timely and in a manner that contributes to A/E’s prompt resolution of all comments, including conforming such comments and the scope of Work to the then current Budget. Each Cost Estimate will be updated with increasing detail and refinement through the review of the 100% Construction Documents. Cost Estimates for reviews through Design Development phase shall be provided in ASTM UNIFORMAT
