Cost for Specified General Conditions Work. Fixed Cost for Specified General Conditions Work (SGC Work) shall mean the fixed sum proposed by the Construction Manager at Risk for this work in its response to Request for Proposal. Specified General Conditions Work is defined in Article 6.5.
