Cost for use of storage for administrative set-aside. For use of storage for 2 any of the 20,000 acre-feet of water specified in the OWRB rule 785:20-5-5(b)(3) as the local 3 use administrative set-aside from Sardis Lake storage including the Subcontract, OCWUT shall 4 charge not more than the proportionate cost of the storage, operation maintenance and 5 replacement for the yield of amount of water authorized to be used by the local user inclusive of 6 the Subcontract. The local use of the water subject to the administrative set-aside shall be as 7 authorized by appropriation permits issued by the OWRB. The OWRB will not issue permits for 8 more than a cumulative total of 20,000 acre-feet of consumptive use of water from Xxxxxx Xxxx 0 storage, inclusive of the Subcontract, without written consent of the City or OCWUT.
