Cost of Equipment and Installation. Licensee shall be responsible for all direct and indirect costs (labor, materials and overhead) for designing, purchasing, and installing its Equipment in accordance with the Approved Plans and all applicable laws. Licensee shall further be responsible for and shall bear all costs of obtaining all permits and licenses required in connection with said Equipment installation, and Licensee shall satisfy any conditions or mitigation measures required in connection therewith. Licensee shall timely pay of all labor, materials, and Equipment and all professional services related to Licensee’s installation and operation of the Equipment.
