Common use of Cost of Investigations Clause in Contracts

Cost of Investigations. Customer shall reimburse Vodafone for reasonable costs and expenses Vodafone incurs investigating (including where no fault is found) and rectifying any issue with the Services or Equipment, where the issue has been caused by Customer’s, or its User’s, use of the Services or Equipment contrary to Vodafone’s instructions or misuse, neglect or alteration of the Services or Equipment.
