Cost of Processing Request Clause Samples

Cost of Processing Request. Tenant shall pay to Landlord the reasonable amount of Landlord’s cost of processing every proposed Assignment or Sublease, including without limitation reasonable legal review fees and expenses, together with the reasonable amount of all direct and indirect expenses incurred by Landlord arising from any assignee, occupant or sublessee taking occupancy (including, without limitation, security service, janitorial and cleaning service, and rubbish removal service) up to an amount not to exceed $2,500 in any one instance.
Cost of Processing Request. Tenant shall pay to Landlord the reasonable amount of Landlord's cost of reviewing and processing every proposed Assignment or Sublease (including, without limitation, reasonable accountants' and attorneys' fees not exceeding $1,000) and the reasonable amount of all direct and indirect expenses incurred by Landlord arising from any assignee, occupant or sublessee taking occupancy (including, without limitation, freight elevator operation for moving of furnishings and trade fixtures, security service, janitorial and cleaning service, and rubbish removal of service) not exceeding $500.
Cost of Processing Request. As a condition to its right to -------------------------- enter into an Assignment or Sublease, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the amount of Landlord's reasonable costs (not to exceed $1,000.00 per Assignment or Sublease) of processing every proposed Assignment or Sublease (including the costs of attorneys and other professional fees and administrative, accounting and clerical time of Landlord), and the amount of all direct and indirect expenses incurred by Landlord arising from any assignee, occupant or subtenant taking occupancy (including security service, janitorial and cleaning service, and rubbish removal service). Landlord shall have no obligation to process any request for consent to an Assignment or Sublease unless Landlord receives from Tenant the amount of Landlord's processing and other direct and indirect costs which Landlord estimates it will incur in connection with such Assignment or Sublease.
Cost of Processing Request. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for Landlord's reasonable attorneys' fees for the review and documentation of any proposed Assignment or Sublease within thirty (30) days after Landlord gives notice to Tenant of the amount thereof, together with reasonable documentation supporting such fees.
