Common use of Cost of Project Clause in Contracts

Cost of Project. The Governmental Agency certifies that the Estimated Cost of the Project, as listed in Paragraph (3) of Exhibit B hereto and made a part hereof, is a reasonable and accurate estimation, and that upon direction of the Authority it shall supply the Authority with a certificate from its engineer stating that such cost is a reasonable and accurate estimation, taking into account investment income to be realized during the course of the Project, and other money that would, absent the Loan, have been used to pay the Estimated Cost of the Project.

Cost of Project. The Governmental Agency certifies that the Estimated Cost of the Project, as listed in Paragraph paragraph (32) of Exhibit B hereto and made a part hereof, is a reasonable and accurate estimation, estimation and that upon direction of the Authority it shall will supply the Authority same with a certificate from its engineer stating that such cost Cost is a reasonable and accurate estimation, taking into account investment income to be realized during the course of the Project, Project and other money that would, absent the Loan, have been used to pay the Estimated Cost of the Project.
