Common use of Cost of Settlement Administration Clause in Contracts

Cost of Settlement Administration. The fees and expenses of the Settlement Administrator shall be paid from the Gross Settlement Fund within ten (10) business days after Defendant fully funds the Gross Settlement Fund. If Defendant opts to terminate the Settlement Agreement pursuant to the terms of this agreement, then Defendant shall bear the cost of such fees and expenses. If the Settlement Agreement is not given final approval by the Court for any other reason, the Parties shall bear the cost of such fees and expenses equally.

If Defendant opts to terminate the Settlement Agreement pursuant to the terms of this agreement, then Defendant shall bear the cost of such fees and expenses. If the Settlement Agreement is not given final approval by the Court for any other reason, the Parties shall bear the cost of such fees and expenses equally. An IRS Form 1099 shall be issued to the Settlement Administrator.

If the Settlement Agreement is not given final approval by the Court for any other reason, the Parties shall bear the cost of such fees and expenses equally.
