Common use of COST OF TRANSFER Clause in Contracts

COST OF TRANSFER. Borrower must pay or reimburse Lender on demand for all reasonable out-of-pocket third party expenses (including, reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements, title search costs and title insurance endorsement premiums) incurred by Lender and counsel to the Certificate Holders in connection with the review, approval and documentation of each Transfer of the Mortgaged Property or Transfer of Beneficial Interest.
