Common use of Cost Pools Clause in Contracts

Cost Pools. Landlord shall have the right, from time to time, to equitably allocate some or all of the Operating Expenses among different portions or occupants of the Building (the “Cost Pools”), in Landlord’s good faith discretion. Such Cost Pools may, for example, include, but shall not be limited to, the office space tenants of the Building and the retail space tenants. The Operating Expenses allocable to each such Cost Pool shall be allocated to such Cost Pool and charged to the tenants within such Cost Pool in an equitable manner.
