Common use of COST RECORDS Clause in Contracts

COST RECORDS. CPRA, through the Legislative Auditor of the State of Louisiana and/or the Office of the Governor, Division of Administration Auditors shall be entitled to audit the books, documents, papers and records of the Contractor and any subcontractors which are reasonably related to the Contract. The Contractor and its subcontractors shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records and other evidence pertaining to costs incurred and shall make such materials available at their respective offices at all reasonable times during the contract period and for five (5) years from date of final payment under this Contract, for inspection by CPRA, Legislative Auditor and/or the Office of the Governor, Division of Administration auditors, and copies of thereof shall be furnished if requested.
