Common use of COST REPORT Clause in Contracts

COST REPORT. CONTRACTOR shall submit a Cost Report to COUNTY no later than sixty (60) calendar days 31 following termination of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall prepare the Cost Report in accordance 32 with all applicable federal, state and COUNTY requirements, GAAP and the Special Provisions 33 Paragraph of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall allocate direct and indirect costs to and between 34 programs, cost centers, services, and funding sources in accordance with such requirements and 35 consistent with prudent business practice, which costs and allocations shall be supported by source 36 documentation maintained by CONTRACTOR, and available at any time to ADMINISTRATOR upon 37 reasonable notice.

CONTRACTOR shall allocate direct 30 and indirect costs to and between 34 programs, cost centers, services, and funding sources in accordance 31 with such requirements and 35 consistent with prudent business practice, which costs and allocations shall 32 be supported by source 36 documentation maintained by CONTRACTOR, and available at any time to 33 ADMINISTRATOR upon 37 reasonable notice.
