Cost Share Reporting for Phase II & Phase IIS. Every reimbursement request submitted by the Prime Recipient must show the Federal share and the non-Federal cost share contribution for the invoice period and the method by which the Prime Recipient calculated the total Federal share and non-Federal cost share. If the Prime Recipient receives advance written authorization from the ARPA-E Associate Director for Finance to report its compliance with its cost sharing obligations on a monthly or quarterly basis, the monthly or quarterly report must show the total Federal share, the non-Federal cost share, and the method by which the Prime Recipient calculated the total Federal share and non-Federal cost share. Upon request by ARPA-E, the Prime Recipient is required to provide ARPA-E with additional supporting documentation to verify the Prime Recipient’s compliance with its cost sharing obligations.
