Disbursements for Phase I. ARPA-E will approve payment requests within 30 days of receipt, unless the billing is improper or the Prime Recipient fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Award. ARPA-E will disburse payments under this Award through Automated Clearing House (ACH) VIPERS. The Prime Recipient may check the status of its payments at the VIPERS website. All payments are made by electronic funds transfer to the bank account identified on the ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment Form (SF 3881) filed by the Prime Recipient. CLAUSE 27.   • Applications for Payment 9.3.1 At least ten days before the date for each progress payment established in the State- Contractor Agreement, the Contractor shall submit to the Architect an itemized Application for Payment, notarized if required, supported by such data substantiating the Contractor's right to payment as the State or the Architect may require. The application for payment must, at a minimum, reflect retainage and the required waivers of lien and any other support documentation enumerated elsewhere in the Contract Documents.

  • Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

  • Construction Phase Payments 10.3.1 Payments for Construction Phase Services shall be made as provided for in the UGSC and Owner’s Specifications. All payment requests shall be submitted through e- Builder® with a Schedule of Values and include all required attachments. Payment for approved Change Orders shall be made as part of Contractor’s Application for Payment. Failure to submit a Prime Contractor Progress Assessment Report form with each Application for Payment will cause rejection of the application by Owner and its return to Contractor.
