Costs and Cost Sharing Sample Clauses
The "Costs and Cost Sharing" clause defines how expenses related to a project or agreement will be allocated between the involved parties. It typically outlines which costs are covered by each party, the method for reimbursing shared expenses, and any limits or conditions on cost contributions. For example, one party may be responsible for direct project costs while the other covers administrative overhead, or both may split certain expenses according to a predetermined ratio.
