COSTS AND EXPENSES FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY SYSTEM. NET METER AND RENEWABLE ENERGY METER All costs and expenses relating to the procurement, installation, testing, energizing and commissioning of the Renewable Energy System, the Net Meter and the Renewable Energy Meter together with the replacement or any future modification or relocation of the Renewable Energy System, the Net Meter and the Renewable Energy Meter shall solely be borne by the Consumer.
