COSTS AND EXPENSES OF THE AGENT AND ISSUER. (a) The Borrowers shall pay from time to time on demand all Costs of Collection and all reasonable costs, expenses, and disbursements (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) which are incurred by each Agent or the Issuer in connection with the preparation, negotiation, execution, and delivery of this Agreement and of any other Loan Documents, and all other reasonable costs, expenses, and disbursements which may be incurred in connection with or in respect to the credit facility contemplated hereby or which otherwise are incurred with respect to the Liabilities.
