PARENT'S LINE OF BUSINESS. The Parent shall not engage in any business, and shall not own any property or assets, other than acquiring and owning (a) the capital stock of any other Loan Party, DSW or the Unrestricted Subsidiaries, and (b) any investments permitted to be made by the Parent hereunder, and (c) otherwise incidental to the operation of the business of a holding company.
