Common use of COSTS AND PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

COSTS AND PAYMENT. The Managing Partner shall keep a full and complete account of all costs and expenses incurred by it in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Gathering System in accordance with the procedures attached as EXHIBIT C (the "ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES"). The Partners shall provide funds for all costs incurred in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Gathering System in accordance with ARTICLE 5 of this Agreement.

COSTS AND PAYMENT. The Managing Partner shall keep a full and complete accurate account of all costs and expenses incurred by it in connection with the operation planning, design, construction, testing and maintenance placing in service of the Gathering System Partnership facilities in accordance with the procedures attached as EXHIBIT C (the "ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES")Accounting Procedures. The Partners Partnership shall provide funds for all such costs incurred in connection with the operation and maintenance expenses of the Gathering System any additional facilities in accordance with ARTICLE 5 of this Agreement.

The Managing Partner shall keep a full and complete account of all costs and expenses incurred by it in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Gathering System each Processing Facility in accordance with the procedures attached as EXHIBIT C Accounting Procedures included in the Construction and Operation Agreement (hereafter defined) (the "ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES"). The Partners shall provide funds for all costs incurred in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Gathering System Processing Facility in accordance with ARTICLE 5 0 of this Agreement.
