Costs and Statements. Stillwater National shall pay the expenses of administration and the costs of employing employment counsel and accountants with respect to the Plan or its administration, including without limitation, the administrative and other costs of the Trust. Stillwater National shall furnish individual annual statements of accrued benefits to the Executive or current Beneficiary, in such form as determined by Stillwater National or as required by law.
