Costs, expenses and duties. ‌ (a) Except where this Agreement provides otherwise, each party is responsible for its own costs and expenses of negotiating, preparing and executing this Agreement and any other instrument executed under this Agreement and complying with its obligations under this Agreement. (b) The Customer must pay all stamp duty (including interest, fines and penalties) assessed to be payable on this Agreement, the performance of this Agreement (including the transfer of any property) and any transaction contemplated by it.
