Costs for connecting Sample Clauses

Costs for connecting installation and use of the services supporting the Apartment after hand over of the Apartment including: gas supply services, electricity supply services, water supply services, postal services, telecommunication services, television and other services that the Buyer uses exclusively for the Apartment. These costs shall be paid directly by the Buyer to the relevant service providers in accordance with the relevant service contracts between the Buyer and the relevant service providers. The Seller shall not have any liabilities should the Buyer fails to pay the relevant service providers in full or on time; 1.1.1.
