Costs Incurred. The Seller expressly agrees that all costs incurred by him in synchronizing, connecting, commissioning and/or testing or retesting Power Station shall be solely and completely to his account and the Procurer's liability shall not exceed the amount of the Energy Charges payable for such power output, as set out in Schedule VIII.
