COSTS NOT ENUMERATED. Except as specifically set forth in this Agreement and its attachments, all costs related to the completion of the services requested herein shall be borne by the Consultant and not passed on to the Owner or otherwise paid by the Owner, unless a written amendment to this Agreement is executed by both parties allowing for additional costs.
