Costs of Agreement. 15.1 The Customer shall pay all costs, charges and expenses arising out of any necessary negotiation or amendment to this Agreement; 15.2 The Customer shall pay all costs, charges and expenses of and incidental to the Club’s enforcement of the terms of this Agreement including all legal costs on an indemnity basis.
