Common use of Costs of Audit Clause in Contracts

Costs of Audit. The SPF Manager shall pay on behalf of Participating Insurers the costs and expenses of the Law Society in respect of any Risk Management Audit and any related costs that are imposed on an ARP Firm, a Run-off Firm, any Firm which has other coverage arranged by the SPF Manager pursuant to paragraph 2.12 or cover arranged by the SPF Manager through the ROF under Regulation 6(a) of the Regulations and/or in accordance with paragraphs 2.13 or 2.14 or on any Firm in respect of which a Risk Management Audit has been conducted as notified to the SPF Manager by the Law Society. The SPF Manager shall be entitled to seek reimbursement of any such costs and expenses from the relevant Firm.

The SPF Manager shall pay on behalf of Participating Insurers the costs and expenses of the Law Society in respect of any Risk Management Audit, any ROF Risk Management Audit and any related costs that are imposed on an ARP Firm, a Run-off Firm, any Firm which has other coverage arranged by the SPF Manager pursuant to paragraph 2.12 2.13 or cover arranged by the SPF Manager through the ROF under Regulation 6(a8(a) of the Regulations and/or in accordance with paragraphs 2.13 2.14 or 2.14 2.15 or on any Firm in respect of which a Risk Management Audit has been conducted as notified to the SPF Manager by the Law Society. The SPF Manager shall be entitled to seek reimbursement of any such costs and expenses from the relevant Firm.

The SPF Manager shall pay on behalf of Participating Qualified Insurers the costs and expenses of the Law Society in respect of any Risk Management Audit and any related costs that are imposed on an ARP Firm, a Run-off Firm, any Firm which has other coverage arranged by the SPF Manager pursuant to paragraph 2.12 or cover arranged by the SPF Manager through the ROF under Regulation 6(a) of the Regulations and/or in accordance with paragraphs 2.13 or 2.14 or on any Firm in respect of which a Risk Management Audit has been conducted as notified to the SPF Manager by the Law Society. The SPF Manager shall be entitled to seek reimbursement of any such costs and expenses from the relevant Firm.

The SPF Manager shall be entitled to seek reimbursement of any such costs and expenses from the relevant Firm.
