Costs of Complying with Regulations. If the costs to the Vendor of performing its obligations under any contract between the Vendor and the Purchaser shall be varied by reason of the creation or amendment after the date of quotation of any law or of any order regulation or by-law having the force of law or any applicable standard, the amount of such increase or decrease shall, as applicable be added to or deducted from the contract price.
