COSTS OF LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS. The District shall reimburse any employee for those costs incurred after the employee has been assigned a regular run. The costs of initial licensing, those necessary to become employed by the District, shall not be reimbursed. After an employee has been assigned a regular run, upon request, he/she will be reimbursed for the actual costs of renewing licenses and for certifications/licenses required for the employee to perform his/her job or position.
