Costs of making good any damage: The Trader must, subject to clause 29.1, include in each of its Customer Agreements a requirement that, if any of the Distributor's Equipment is damaged by the negligence or wilful act or omission of the Customer or the Customer’s agents or invitees, the Customer must pay the cost of making good the damage to the Distributor.
