COSTS OF THE FUND. It is understood and agreed that the Fund shall share a fair portion of the total investment and administrative costs and expenses of the Community Foundation. The Fund shall share a fair portion of the total administrative costs of the Foundation for reasonable expenses in managing and administering the Fund in accordance with the then current Fee Policy identified by the Foundation as the fee structure applicable to funds of this type. The Foundation shall determine such share on a reimbursement or allocation basis, as appropriate. In addition, the Foundation shall charge the Fund with any costs to the Foundation in accepting, transferring, or managing property of the Fund.

The administrative cost annually charged against the Fund shall be determined in accordance with the then current Fee Policy identified by TSDF as the fee structure applicable to Funds of this type. Any costs to TSDF in accepting, transferring or managing property donated to TSDF for the Fund shall also be paid from the Fund.

COSTS OF THE FUND. It is understood and agreed that the Foundation is to be paid for its services hereunder and that said compensation is to be paid from the assets of the Fund. A fee schedule is included as Attachment A. The Board of Directors at its discretion may revise the attached fee schedule pursuant to notice of such fee revision provided to the Fund Advisors. The compensation of the Foundation is to be calculated and paid prior to any distributions made pursuant to paragraph 4 above. Any investment fees that may be charged by the Fund’s investment manager(s) will be deducted prior to reporting the net earnings of the Fund.
COSTS OF THE FUND. The Fund will share a portion of the total investment and administrative costs and expenses of the Foundation, such costs and expenses being determined in accordance with the then-current fee schedule as set forth in the CSF Policies. Any specific costs and expenses incurred by the Foundation in accepting, transferring, or managing property donated to the Foundation for the Fund, including without limitation the Foundation’s costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of any claim or proceeding with respect to the Fund, shall also be paid from the Fund and shall be in addition any costs or expenses charged pursuant to the CSF Policies. The Donor agrees that any and all fundraising expenses and other fees incurred with respect to any feasibility study or campaign are solely the responsibility of the Donor.
COSTS OF THE FUND. In order that the Fund shall share a fair portion of the total investment and administrative costs of the Foundation, the Foundation shall be entitled to withdraw annually from the Fund an amount equal to one percent of the corpus of the Fund.
