Common use of Costs of Transport Clause in Contracts

Costs of Transport. All costs relating to compliance with federal, state, or local laws, rules, or regulations regarding the transport of any parts on equipment from the place of manufacture to the site shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor who shall obtain all necessary permits, licenses, or other authorizations and pay all fees, taxes, or other impositions relating thereto.
