Costs relating to this Agreement. 20.2.1 Unless this Agreement provides otherwise, (i) all costs which a Party has incurred in connection with the incorporation of the Company and the preparation and conclusion of this Agreement, and (ii) the fees of the Notary in connection therewith, will be paid from the initial public budget earmarked for the incorporation of the Company. 20.2.2 As of the date of this Agreement the reasonable costs for amendments of this agreement will be incurred by the company.
