Costs To Rearrange/Adjust Facilities of Others. If a Person, other than Licensor, must rearrange or adjust any of its facilities to accommodate a new Wireless Installation, Licensee shall coordinate such activity at Licensee’s sole expense; provided, however, that Licensee shall not be responsible for any third-party or Licensor costs necessary to correct third party or Licensor attachments that are non-compliant with Laws.
