Common use of Costs Clause in Contracts

Costs. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees incurred in the preparation and negotiation of this Agreement and in the performance of its obligations hereunder except as expressly provided herein.

Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each party shall is to bear its their own costs of negotiating, preparing and fees incurred in the preparation and negotiation of executing this Agreement and in the performance of its obligations hereunder except as expressly provided hereinAgreement.
