Buyer’s Costs. In connection with the purchase of the Property contemplated under this Contract, Buyer shall be responsible for the costs and expenses of its attorneys, accountants and other professionals, consultants and representatives. Buyer shall also be responsible for the costs and expenses in connection with the preparation of any environmental report, any update to the survey and the costs and expenses of preparation of the title insurance commitment and the issuance of the title insurance policy contemplated by Article IV and the per page recording charges and clerk’s fee for the Deed (if applicable). Buyer shall also be responsible for the fees for the performance of the property improvement plan (PIP) review and report by the Franchisor.

Buyer shall also be responsible for the fees for and all costs associated with the performance of the PIP, all costs incurred in performing due diligence and securing financing to complete the transaction, including without limitation: (i) appraisals; (ii) fees and costs paid to any lender in connection with obtaining financing for the Property; (iii) fees, charges or costs to record any mortgages or deeds of trust to secure Buyer’s obligations to any lender; and (iv) fees or charges paid or payable to the Title Company to secure a mortgagee title policy.
Buyer’s Costs. In connection with the purchase of the Interests contemplated under this Contract, Buyer shall be responsible for the costs and expenses of its attorneys, accountants and other professionals, consultants and representatives. Buyer’s Costs. At Closing, Buyer shall pay the recording costs of the deed, overnight courier fee on behalf of the Buyer, homeowner association fees (if any), and Closing Agent’s closing fees, and all additional sale or closing fees.

All fees for recording the Deed and associated transfer documents; iii. Any and all costs associated with any financing Buyer may obtain to consummate the acquisition of the Property; and iv. Any and all costs incurred by Xxxxx in connection with the preparation, review and negotiation of this Agreement and the transactions and the Closing contemplated by this Agreement, including the cost of appraisals, architectural, engineering, credit and environmental reports, and any attorneys’ or consultancy fees.
