Subject to Section 5 hereof, in connection with any offering pursuant to Section 2, the Buyers shall have the right to select legal counsel and an investment banker or bankers and manager or managers to administer their interest in the offering, which investment banker or bankers or manager or managers shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Company. The Company shall reasonably cooperate with any such counsel and investment bankers.
