Common use of Counterpart Signature Clause in Contracts

Counterpart Signature. This Agreement may be signed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed a duplicate original, binding on the parties hereto notwithstanding that the parties are not signatory to the original or the same counterpart. This Agreement will be effective as of the date first above written.
