Common use of Counterparts and Authority Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Authority. This Contract may be signed in any number counterparts, each of which is an original copy of this Contract and all of which taken together shall constitute one agreement. The person signing on behalf of each Party represents that he or she has the right and power to execute this Contract on behalf of such Party. Signatures delivered via email in PDF format or by fax shall be effective.
