Counterparts and commencement. This Agreement may consist of a number of copies, each signed by one or more Party. The date on which the last counterpart is signed will be the date of this Agreement. This Agreement is entered into by and on behalf of CTI Security Services Pty Ltd (ABN 83 009 236 104), CTI Security Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 72 009 302 032) and the Customer named below and is a binding agreement on the date executed by the Customer.
