Counterparts and commencement. This Agreement may consist of a number of copies, each signed by one or more Party. The date on which the last counterpart is signed will be the date of this Agreement. Counterparts and commencement. 22.1 This deed may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties to it in separate counterparts, each of which when executed and delivered shall be an original. All such counterparts will together constitute one and the same instrument.
