Company Officer. All Applicants shall have a minimum of seven (7) years full-time employment with the Richmond Hill Fire & Emergency Services with three (3) years experience as Fire Fighter First Class in the same division as the promotion. Additionally, all applicants must have requested and successfully completed the following courses/workbooks:  Legislation 101  Occupational Health and Safety Training  NFPA Fire Instructor 1 (Course)  Company Officer (Workbook)  Hazmat (Workbook)  Incident Command Training *** Prior to receiving Incident Command training, all other required courses/workbooks must be successfully completed by the applicant *** All applicable courses will be offered a minimum of once annually. A Firefighter must be at 1st Class to be eligible to apply for any available course. Testing for these promotions shall involve: a written exam - constituting 25% of the total xxxx an oral presentation - constituting 25% of the total xxxx a practical component – constituting 25% of the total xxxx and an interview - constituting 25% of the total xxxx (2013)
Company Officer. Executive shall continue to serve as the Secretary of the Company at the sole discretion of the Board through December 31, 2012.

  • Certificate of Chief Financial Officer On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its chief financial officer with respect to certain financial data contained in the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.

  • Chief Financial Officer The Chief Financial Officer shall, under the direction of the Member, Board of Managers and Chief Executive Officer, perform all duties incident to the office of Chief Financial Officer and shall have such powers and discharge such duties as may be assigned to him or her, from time to time, by the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Managers or the Member.

  • Vice President In the absence of the President or in the event of the President’s inability to act, the Vice President, if any (or in the event there be more than one Vice President, the Vice Presidents in the order designated by the Directors, or in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their election), shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the President. The Vice Presidents, if any, shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board may from time to time prescribe.

  • Chief Executive Officer The Chief Executive Officer shall, under the direction of the Member and Board of Managers, perform all duties incident to the office of Chief Executive Officer, have general charge of the business, affairs and property of the LLC and general supervision over the other Officers and any of the LLC's employees and agents and see that all orders and resolutions of the LLC are carried into effect.
