Common use of Counterparts and Faxes Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Faxes. (a) This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which is deemed an original, and all of which together constitute one and the same instrument. (b) Such counterparts may be delivered by one party to the other by facsimile or other electronic transmission, and such counterparts are valid for all purposes.
