Common use of Counterparts and Language Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Language. The Contract may be signed in any number of counterparts (whether such counterparts are original or fax or in the form of a pdf attachment to an email). Each signed counterpart shall be deemed to be an original thereof, but all the counterparts shall together constitute one and the same instrument. Where there are versions of the Contract in the English language and another language, in the event of any discrepancies between versions, the English language version shall prevail.
