COUNTERPARTS AND SEVERABILITY. 36.1 This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts. Each party may execute a separate counterpart. In addition, if this Agreement is to be executed by any party by the signature of more than one person, they may do so on separate counterparts. The parties intend that all the counterparts together constitute a single agreement.
