Counterparts; Captions and Headnotes. This Lease may be executed in one or more counterparts, all of which are identical, and any one of which is to be deemed to be complete in itself and may be introduced in evidence or used for any purpose. The captions and headnotes throughout this Lease are for convenience or reference only, and shall in no way be held or deemed to define, limit, explain, describe, modify or add to the interpretation, construction or meaning of any provision of this Lease.
