Counterparts; Digital Copies. This Amendment may be executed in several counterparts as deemed necessary or convenient, each of which, when so executed, shall be deemed an original, provided that all such counterparts shall be regarded as one and the same document, and any party to this Amendment may execute any such agreement by executing a counterpart of such agreement. A facsimile or digital copy (pdf) of this signed Amendment shall be deemed to be an original thereof.

The Agreement may be executed by any party through the means of fax copy or by the exchange of signatures through email in unmodifiable digital file formats (e.g. PDF), and such fax or PDF signature shall be effective, valid and enforceable as if it was an original signature for purposes of this Agreement.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and the signature pages of the separate counterparts combined into a single copy of this Agreement which will then constitute a fully executed version of this Agreement. A facsimile, .pdf file or digital copy of a signed counterpart or of an assemblage of counterparts of this Agreement shall be deemed to be an original thereof.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, and by the different parties hereto on separate counterpart signature pages, each of which shall constitute an original, and all such counterparts taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Agreement by telecopy, emailed .pdf or any other electronic means that reproduces an image of the actual executed signature page shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Agreement and such counterpart shall be deemed to be an original hereof.
